Vapour Blasting vs. Wet Sandblasting





Many people are gravitating to wet abrasive blasting due to the significant benefit of being able to control the dust from abrasive blasting. However, while adopting wet abrasive blasting, they confuse wet blasting, water injection blasting and vapour abrasive blasting. Wet blasting and water injection blasting are archaic forms of wet abrasive blasting and have many shortcomings compared to vapour blasting.

Rust Inhibitor Dosing Unit - Installation Manual

  Product Installation Choose the location: the water inlet and water outlet of the dosing unit must be in accordance with those of the main pipe. Dosing unit must be installed according to the method that the dosing unit is above the fluid intake tube. Fix the dosing unit to a wall or other facilities. Install the water inlet and outlet of the dosing unit according to the direction of water flow, to ensure its leak-proofness. (As shown in figure 2 and 3 below) Install 100-120 mesh screen between the inlets of water valve and dosing unit. When the addition of drugs is required, close the side branch valves of the dosing unit. The addition of drugs can be carried out when the valves on both sides of the dosing unit are opened.
